    It has come to our attention that the Speeding Penalty Charge issued and detailed below remains outstanding. We request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.

    The alleged contravention was observed at the time by an enforcement camera and is supported by video.
    A Penalty Charge of $1250.00 must be paid within 28 days of this notice. If payment has not been received at the duration of this period, in accordance with Tri-City Authority Motor Hi-Way Act NFS U2009 - 16(A) (30), your licence will be revoked immediately and you will be required to appear before the Tri-City court.

    However, in light of your apparent neglect for road rules, and in particular your unwavering propensity to drive skilfully at excessive speeds, we can offer refuge from legal recourse through participation in the Need for Speed™ Undercover Driving Program.
