The release of Generation Force, Generation Force Special Edition and the recently announced Legendary Collection 2 mean some exciting months are ahead for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game with a new the hot new XYZ monsters, new problem solving text for cards including the use of key words and a massive amount of reprints of old favourites and some that were only previously available in the OCG (original card game).

Generation Force!

The Generation Force, Sneak Peek kicked off across the country this weekend. Generation Force is the latest set for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game and the first set to include cards from the Zexal tv series, including the new XYZ series of monsters.

XYZ monsters bring a new way to summon monsters to the field, something that hasn't been seen since The Duelist Genesis. These monsters have amazing effects that any duelist is going to want in their arsenal. Steelswarm Roach has the ability to negate the summon of level 5 or higher monsters, whilst Leviair the Sea Dragon has the ability to special summon monsters that have been banished!

Absolute Awesome

Every set that has been released recently is shortly followed by it's own Special Edition and Generation Force has some amazing promo's for duelists in Oceania and Europe. Each Special Edition box comes with three booster packs of Generation Force PLUS one of two Super Rare variant cards: Elemental HERO Absolute Zero or Spore!

Elemental HERO Absolute Zero makes it's debut to Oceania and European duelists. Absolute Zero was one of the most popular HERO cards ever until a ruling change meant Absolute Zero was no longer able to be used in the European meta.
