The set is not smaller having been reduced to only 113 cards. Only the most popular cards have made the cut this time around!
Mega-Packs normally contain 1 card of each rarity, including 1 Secret Rare, 1 Ultra Rare, 1 Super Rare, and 1 Rare in EVERY pack – guaranteed.
But this time Konami have added 2 more common cards to each pack - meaning each pack now has 11 cards total, and with the reshuffle in rarities it is now easier to get the cards that you want.

With the rarities reshuffled you can get all new foil versions of cards, including: Ultra Rare versions of the original Six Samurai and Foil Crystal Beasts.

This set still includes common versions of Thunder King Rai-Oh, Gateway of the Six, Judgment Dragon, Mezuki, Card Trooper, Elemental HERO Stratos, and D.D. Survivor.New cards to get the common treatment are Gallis the Star Beast, Rainbow Dragon, Rare Value, Test Tiger, Aurkus, Lightsworn Druid, and Gladiator Beast Lanista.

Dragons Collide is the latest Starter deck for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. Light and Dark attribute Dragons make up this starter deck of Chaos Dragons throwing even more power to archtypes like Hopless/Disaster Dragon decks focussing on bringing bigs monsters to the field quickly through the effect of Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon.

This decks brings to amazing new monsters: Lightpulsar Dragon and Darkflare Dragon, who work together, fueling each others’ abilities with their own effects.

Eclipse Wyvern is another monster to debut in this starter deck. Eclipse Wyvern has the ability to banish any level 7 or higher Dragon from your deck, and when Eclipse Wyvern is banished himself he adds the previously banished Dragon to your hand, making it easier to tutor your Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragons.

The Dragons Collide Structure Deck is a ready-to-play 40 card Deck. You can play with it right out of the box, or use the cards to create and customize your own Deck. Many of these cards work well with cards you can find in the Order of Chaos and Photon Shockwave booster sets, allowing you to make your own unique and powerful Deck!
